Included in the price: 

• Accommodation and sweet and savoury breakfast with homemade pastries from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
• Lunch from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. with meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, vegetable buffet, fruit and home-made desserts
• Beverages from a dispenser included at mealtimes: water, house wine, beer and soft drinks (coffee, bottled/canned beverages and other alcoholic beverages are not included)
• Arrival at the hotel from 3 p.m. and departure by 10 a.m.

Mandatory Club Card € 7.00 per person, per day for adults and € 5 per person, per day for children (3 up to 12 years of age), including the following services:

• Access to pools
• Play area for children, both indoor and outdoor
• Animation with varied programme during the day and evening
• Junior Club and Mini Club
• Beach service with 1 beach umbrella + 2 sun loungers per room in the back area (subject to availability)
• Access to sports areas

For children aged 0 up to 3 (not yet 3 years old) staying in the Resort, payment of the Baby Kit, €20 per day, per child, is compulsory, which includes the following services:

• Cot 
• Baby bath tub
• Bottle warmer in the room
• High chair
• Colourful placemats with dedicated cutlery
• Pram available
• A small gadget for the little ones
• TV with channels for children
• Laundry service for children (max. 1kg per day)
• Baby bottle corner, in compliance with anti Covid procedures (equipped with fresh milk, baby food, three different types of baby food and meat, fish and vegetable broth) Service at set times

Payment
Immediate payment of the full amount at the time of booking is required. The total amount can be paid by credit card or bank transfer

Cancellation policy
The booking can be cancelled free of charge according to the conditions of the offer, from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 7 days before check-in (according to selected period). For later cancellations or no-show at the hotel, the amount equal to the entire stay will be charged.

Lindbergh Hotels & Resorts will not charge a cancellation fee if the inability to make the stay is related to the current pandemic event and depends exclusively on one of the following cases: at least one of the members of the booking is subject to compulsory quarantine imposed by the health authorities; it is impossible to reach the booked hotel due to restrictions imposed by the authorities. Refunds or vouchers valid until 31 December 2023 will be issued at the customer's discretion.

Lindbergh Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to cancel the booking, in case the health-socio-economic conditions do not allow the provision of services according to the modalities specified in the DPCM.
